We do offer for a different number of devices plans. Between 5 to 50 devices can share one plan, depending which plan does get choosed.

A fireall or router which does operate with NAT (Network Adress Translation) dies count as one device and theoretically can host an unlimited number of computers. 

However it is not recommended to do so, as by definining how many devices are specified for our plans, we want to ensure to deliver high speed and reliable services.

traveltronic has decided to move its operations next to our customers. For this reason, we 2014 have moved our head office to UAE, next to WORLD CENTRAL (DW) airport. There, for the World Exhibition 2020 the largest airport of the world is getting build.

As we also do develop solutions for aircrafts it was logic, to move where all major airlines in future will perform a stop over.

We until 2020 also will move our production to UAE.

Neverthless we will continue to operate small development office in Germany and operate s service point for our European customers.

From where we will deliver will depend, what solution you do decide for. Please keep in mind, that besides versions approved for useage inside of the EU, we also do deliver solutions for international use. These primarily get delivered from our store in UAE.

Please take into consideration that as due to higher storage costs, our solutions are currently about 10 % more expensive ex works UAE.

Certain traveltronic systems such as the ALL.IN.ONE system have an integrated emergency power supply that provides power for up to an hour during a power outage and allows you to stay online. Tests have shown that basic function over GSM is possible for even up to 3 hours.

In the MICRO.CONNECT product range we offer an optional integrated UPS solution that also works the same as the emergency power supply in the ALL.in.ONE system.

For customers who use other traveltronic systems, please contact us to discuss your emergency power supply options.

Yes, with your account you can log in on the Internet with any traveltronic device. Our system supports full roaming.

By logging into your account, you will automatically be logged into an available traveltronic hot spot in the area and will be able to access the Internet using your data volume.

"Flat rates" are generally regarded as problematic, because permanently high, "unlimited" broadband data speeds cannot be delivered on a limited resource.


"Flat rates" with speed and data volume limitations are not really genuine "flat rates", but are deceptions with hidden surprises. traveltronic wants to do legitimate business.  Therefore we follow the mobile communication industry.

In mobile communications, data packages, which can be chosen for a certain period of time, have become standard. So, as a customer, you have full COST CONTROL at all times and can vary them according to your needs.

Since February 2014 we also do offer CIR services who are indeed "unlimited" in terms of data volume useage, but limited to a certain booked speed.

We do not deliver one airtime contract per system. Our "internet cloud based" service can get used everywhere a traveltronic system is available. We do support full romaing from one to another system.

Our service is managed in a way, that all users can individually and flexible book plans. So each crew member can book his own private plan.

In case of useage within an commercial maritime environment, there is the following useage szenario possible:

Its possible that boat owner hands out to his crew monthly vouchers for internet service useage. In case this creit is not sufficient for the crew member, he can book extra packages. In case on one fleet a traveltronic system is installed, users can use their boooked plans on all ships.

As contract customer of traveltronic, you have overlookable and planable costs for your communicaiton. No matter in which country you are.

Option 1:
For large customers and resellers, we offer a so-called "post-payment”. This means the customer first makes a deposit for a certain amount. At the end of each month an invoice is issued for the amount the particular system has consumed. The amount due is then deducted from the deposit.

Option 2:
For all end customers and, as desired by large customers and resellers, we offer "prepayment", the possibility to log in on our portal to top up your account credit and to book services.

Yes, in principle, our system is suitable for multiple accounts that can be used simultaneously. Tests have shown that up to 100 or 500 parallel users can be supported. Since each system has a specific performance, please send us your details and usage requirements.

Especially in the shipping sector, it is helpful if vessel owners, captain and crew each have their own separate account that can be charged separately.

Basically, our systems are optimally built for our satellite service. While it would be theoretically possible to operate our devices on other satellites, there are hardly any standards in the satellite market, resulting in substantial conversion costs. Such a project would be uneconomical.


Our GSM systems are factory-equipped with our own SIM cards that we produce ourselves. We have this option thanks to direct access to our MSC (Master Service Controller). Enabling us to offer you attractive global GSM tariffs.
If you want to use your own SIM cards in one of our ALL.in.ONE systems, there is a hardware option available at time of purchase. With this option, you must to send us your SIM cards prior to delivery, they must be water-and dust-proof integrated into your ALL.IN.ONE system.

The ALL.IN.ONE system includes SATCOM as well as GSM functionality.

Through the Hot Spot system, you can also log into friends’/acquaintances’ traveltronic systems.

Some of our systems do support this. However it requires an technical Add ON, which needs to be specified with your order and which does cost extra.

In any case minimum one of all GSM channels must be operated on traveltronic service, in order to make sure that our management system does have access to the remote mobile system.

However in case of dark colours, (in particular black), please note that we cannot take over Warrenty, as the termal management of the system can get overstressed.

certainly any user can use programs for internet telephony such as Skype. However we cannot guarnaty for quality and stability of these services, as these applications have not been created for the fluctuation network parameters within mobile data networks.

However we do offer based on our ALL.IN.ONE as well as within our SEA.CONNECT system the operation of an virtual VOIP server.

This allows the communicaiton with 2,4 or 6 parallel phone lines at high quality.

For customers, who use our systems internationally, we also can offer inbound DID numbers, via which connected telephones can get called.

Yes, this is possible. In such a solution szenario, our intercooling system comes to play. This is an option to our ALL.IN.ONE systems and prevents dust entering inside the system.

In addition an active cooling element ensures the proper operation, even under extreme outside climatic conditions.

This depends where ALL.IN.ONE gets installed. In the maritime area, the thermal wear is typically not so high than if you mount the system on a vehicle.

Since 2009 traveltronic has explicit experiance, thanks to a large number of projects within difficult climtatic environments such as Afghanistan. In these environments the ALL.IN.ONE solution was operated up to its maximum limits.

We have developed for this reason a hermetic dust closed intercooling system, which can get used, while the system is getting operated on a vehicle.

We extend the classical concept by adding GSM functionality. We can support all KNS ZxMK2 and MK3 antenna models from 60cm to 1.5 meters with it. Naturally including antennas from other manufacturers such as Sea Tel and Orbit.
The XG7 system consists of a KNS Z7 MK2 system with an external antenna control unit, a modem for up to 30,000 parallel TCP/IP sessions and a powerful 16 watt transmitter. 3 GSM channels are installed, which also support 4G and LTE.
